Dr. Balasubramanian VENGATESAN received his Ph.D degree in Nanoscience from Anna University, Chennai, India in 1988.

He served as Asst.Professor, Dept. of Physics, Anna University, Chennai, INDIA from Feb.1989 to Dec.1992. During this period, he went to University of Strathclyde, Scotland for about a year to work on Nanomaterials.

In Jan.1993, he joined NanoTech Laboratory, Canare Electric Co. Ltd, Japan and worked till Dec.2011. His work over at Japan more than 2 decades has built on diverse expertise in Optical devices.

He joined Aisin Automotive Haryana Pvt Ltd, Bangalore (Group companies of Toyota, Japan) as Senior General Manager, R&D department from Jan 2012 to May 2020. His main goal is to establish Application Design Center, Localization, Evaluation of Prototypes & Characterization of Aisin Components/Products manufactured at India.

In June 2020 he joined Aisin Automotive Haryana Pvt Ltd, Bangalore (Group companies of Toyota, Japan) as Senior Technical Advisor, R&D department. His main goal is to establish Artificial Intelligence to Factory and Business development of Biogas Power Generation system. He is assigned to develop Biogas  Bio CNG  Hydrogen system from Organic waste (Animal waste, Food waste,….).

In Jan.2023 he joined Shreyasvi Life Sciences Pvt Ltd as one of the Board of Directors & serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

In addition to this, Dr. B. Vengatesan is holding several Visiting Professorship in Indian Universities.

He is a Senior member of IEEE, IET (UK) and American Physical Society.
